Welcome to Ingredly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ingredly mobile application (the "App"), operated by Ingredly ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Ingredly App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies:
We do not directly process refunds. Please contact Apple or Google for refund requests within the applicable refund window (typically 48 hours for Google Play, case-by-case for Apple).
We may offer free trials for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription. Trial eligibility may be limited.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App (e.g., food images). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.
"Ingredly" and the Ingredly logo are trademarks of Ingredly. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ingredly regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations when using the App.
